Stress can have a big impact on how we deal with our personal lives and business life. It can mean our resources are low, and when our resources are low success can be more difficult to achieve and maintain.
I therefore think it is vital that we look after our mind in a variety of different ways, helping it to deal with the stresses of everyday life, and having a meditative practice, in my opinion, is an excellent way to do this.
