    Since when was a problem with weight actually about the weight?

    There really is a simple way to loose weight, and that is output must be more than input. It’s that simple – so what’s the problem?

    Limiting Decisions

    The important thing to know is that we make decisions in our life which we then hold to be true. Things like:

    • I’m a failure

    Any of these limiting decisions ring true with you now? Honestly? You see many of us hold these things to be true about ourselves… but here’s the question.. when did you decide that you weren’t good enough/worth it/etc?

    Negative Emotions That Affect Weight

    Anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt can all have an effect on weight… letting go of these emotions is a very powerful way to tackle the root cause of your weight issues – and if the root cause is tackled then we all know that any resulting problems will also disappear.

    Conflicting Parts, What effect do they have on weight?

    Part of you wants to relax and chillax, part of you wants to be fit… conflicts there I think.

    Part of you wants believes you deserve to be confident, part of you thinks that you deserve to be punished… conflicts there I think.

    Part of you values freedom, part of you values security… possible conflicts there too I think.
