So many times weight is tackled as though it is the total problem, this is why diets simply don’t work, because they tackle the presenting symptoms (over/under eating) but make no attempt to get to the root cause of the issue. You can buy as much slimming product as you like, but if you go back to the old routine then the weight will pile back on again.

So what is it? What is the root cause?

In this intensive program we’ll find out, I’ll challenge your way of thinking to discover what the real problem is. Once we’ve done this we can look at what your goal is… that includes your ideal size and shape plus life style.

Knowing what you want to achieve I can work to align your thinking and beliefs about yourself to achieve this, dealing with anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt and many other emotions.

What happens?

Each program is one on one, just you and me… we don’t need a group of other people with us, this is about you and helping you achieve your goal. Self help groups have a lot invested in you coming back week after week… this is how they make their money.

Everything I do is split in to 5 very distinct areas:

  1. The Task. Before working together, no matter is this is for business, weight loss , therapy or coaching you will be required to write a life story. This will start the process of identifying themes in your life and will begin the entire process.
  2. The Analysis. This is where Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is used to uncover the ‘root cause’ of any problem you have
  3. The Resolution.  Time Line Therapy ™ is then used to resolve the issues and align your thinking to achieve what you want, we’ll install new (and more helpful) habits e.g. no more snacking, no more over spending etc
  4. The Relaxation. Being able to relax and enjoy life is key to being successful, this is where relaxing hypnosis will help ‘cement in’ the changes you have made and ensure that you stick to the great results and new habits as time goes on.
  5. Ongoing Support. This is crucial. Never will you be left alone, after any of my coaching programs there is a 6 weeks follow up period. It has been shown that it takes at least 21 days to create a new habit that lasts – I’ll be with you for this whole time and we’ll speak/meet weekly to ensure you are sticking to the agreed plan

I’m not a dietician nor exercise expert, what I am is a Master Coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Master Practitioner of Hyponosis and Master Time Line Therapy practitioner which gives me a masterful understanding of how your mind works – and with this understanding we can realign your thinking so that you are motivated yourself to loose/gain weight – with the long term help of a dietician or exercise expert if you so wish.

How does it work?

By aligning your thinking to your goal you will be self motivated to change. Weight problems are often caused by negative emotions (e.g anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt), limiting decisions (e.g. I am not worth it, I am no good) and conflicting parts (e.g. part of me wants to feel good and part of me feels guilty). By resolving these negative emotions, limiting decisions and parts conflicts I can help you align your thinking with your goal.

This is all done in a gentle state that is what we call dissociated. Many other therapy’s require the client to wallow around in their negative emotions, feeling worse and worse. Not with Time Line Therapy! This is the technique I use to remove these old emotions and to do that in a way that is safe, easy and not painful… you’ve been through enough already right? Who wants to go through it all again?

So, with your values and beliefs realigned to your goal, negative emotions dealt with once and for all, conflicting parts of your personality working together and limiting decisions removed we can move towards a state of total motivation and weight change.

The Weight Change process is split in to 4 parts:

  1. A task for you to complete. I will ask you to write a detailed history so I can spot hidden trends with your weight/size
  2. Pre-Coaching. This is a phone call/Skype for 2 hours where I will carry out an initial assessment.
  3. 1 full day face to face coaching. During this meeting I will work on the results of my initial assessment to ensure that your mind is aligned to achieving your target goal.
  4. 3 follow up coaching calls. These are once every other week. Research has shown that it takes 6 weeks to embed a new habit, so these calls span a 6 week period. This is to ensure that you are following the plan exactly and to deal with any remaining issues.

Are there any other ways to lose weight?

Yes! we can also work with you to fit a ‘Virtual Gastric Band’ or ‘Hypno-band’ this is an amazing technique that uses hypnosis to convince your body that you have a gastric band fitted.

Did you know you can’t tell the difference between vivid and active imagination and the real thing? This is why the top sports people mentally rehearse their events over and over. Once they actually come to perform their event, their mind is already able to control the muscles and tell them to do exactly the right thing.

A virtual gastric band is very similar, if your unconscious mind believes you have a band fitted then you have – and you will east less and feel full quicker… just like the physical gastric band… but without the cost and the surgical risks!
