The post How to lose weight and stay slim first appeared on .

Yep, I thought that title would get your attention. While you have creams such as goji which are helping people to stay wrinkle free, how can you lose weight and stay slim?

The first point I want to raise is that losing weight is really simple, all you need to do is to expend more energy than you eat. Simple is in it.

Yet we go on diets over and over again, we may think that the diet has worked but can it really have worked if we have to keep doing them over and over?

So why don’t these diets work? Well, you know it’s all in your mind. All you need to do is exercise more and eat less and the weight will fall off, yet there is something in our mindset that prevents us doing that, and we all know that if we could actually change our mindset losing weight would be easy and we would be able to stay as slim as we wanted to over an extended period.

So now you know that losing weight is all in your mind I’m going to break this down into stages which will be simple and easy to follow, don’t forget that the option of getting a mummy makeover Sydney is also an option.

Step one.

Identify what the real problem is. Oh yes, you know THAT problem! You see unless we deal with past negative emotions and totally put them to rest it can be difficult to move on. Let’s take sadness for example. The problem with ‘sadness’ is that it is a label, people say ‘I am sad’. This is not true, they may be doing a very good job of showing all the signs of sadness, but they are not ‘sad’ itself – they have simply become very good at ‘doing’ sadness.

This is the same for ‘angry’, ‘fearful’ and any other emotion. No-one is fearful, they are simply very good at ‘doing’ fear!

This is a fundamental shift in thinking but once understood is extremely liberating. It allows a person to realise they can change.

It’s not always easy and may take time, but once a person realises that they do have control, and can learn to do other emotions, states and behaviours just as well as they do sadness or depression… then magic happens.

I’ve had clients say ‘I am afraid’ and have felt that way for 40 years, yet after 2 hours they have realised that they are just very good at ‘doing’ fear and are then easily able to let it go. 40 years of raging fear gone in 2 hours, no drugs just the power of the mind!

But the number of gullible clients I get who use drugs to tackle obesity is disconcerting. These clients are credulous and are desperate to lose weight, ending up in substance abuse. The only thing I do is direct them to a drug rehab treatment.

Step two.

What will losing weight get for you? The question you specifically need to answer is what will you BE, DO or HAVE once you have lost the weight?

Answering this question and writing down your answer will help you to completely visualise exactly what losing weight means to you. Once you have a clear idea of what it means to you the whole process is much more tangible and real. Doing this gives your unconscious mind a goal to focus on which is very powerful

Step three.

Focus on size and measurements not on weight. The more you exercise, the more muscle you will put on, as this weighs more than fat using weight is not a great way to decide how good your program has been.

Step four.

Focus on the big picture. Many people focus on the tiny details of not being able to eat what they want or having to exercise when they don’t want to. So what is the big picture? Well, it could be that if you were able to be the size that you wanted to be perhaps you could have more energy to play with the kids?

If you were the size you wanted to be perhaps you have more sex appeal or be more manly or more masculine, for this there are resources at sites like www.kryolifehealth.com which specialize in this.

Focus on what the changing your size will get you, what would it help you achieve, what would it help you do and what will it help you to have?

Step five.

Honestly identify the excuses. This can be really difficult however you need to tackle this honestly. This is definitely not the case the you, but many people out there may want to stay the way they are as it allows them to sit on the sofa all day and not do anything. If those people wanted to lose weight they would have two get up and do something! This is what we call secondary gain and identifying it is really important.

What we have to stop doing that you like doing if you reach your ideal size?

What will you have to start doing that you don’t like doing if you reach your ideal size?

My suggestion is to take some time to write down your answers to these specific questions, this can be a difficult exercise bike you will find that once you really tackle it that it identifies areas in your life where you can really make some improvements.

Summary

The changes that are required in the way you think are very extensive but are actually pretty simple to achieve with the help of a coach. One of the issues of dealing with this yourself is that the temptation can be to let yourself off the hook! Working with a coach will allow you to deal with past negative emotions in a gentle, relaxed and even enjoyable way.

Timeline therapy® can be used to simply and easily remove past negative emotions, this allows you to focus on the now and the future without the emotional baggage.

We can then use NLP to highlight any of the areas of secondary gain and to set your goal of exactly what you want to be, do and have in your life and what achieving your ideal size will get you.

Hypnosis is then a perfect tool to cement in all of these changes and ensure that the changes are made at an unconscious and permanent level.

If you are looking for a cheap fix to solve your overweight problem then this is not it! Think about what you spent in the past, all of those diets and wasted opportunities… If only you sorted it right from the beginning then you wouldn’t have spent that money and you could have enjoyed the past few years.

Losing weight and staying slim is an investment in yourself and you will reap the rewards of it many times over I’m sure.

So take action today, works with a bullet points I’ve listed above and then when you are ready now give me a call and we can discuss a personalised program just few. Amazingly the weight change program I use takes only one and a half days with a six-week coaching period afterwards, no diets, no restricted foods simply losing weight in the most natural way possible.

Interested? Let’s talk…

NLP it is far more then just a collection of techniques, often people like to reduce NLP to this level however this is really missing the point of what NLP is. Neurolinguistic programming is firstly an attitude, an attitude of continual experimentation and flexibility to ensure a result is achieved. NLP is also a methodology whereby we linked together this attitude with a collection of techniques.

However, for the purposes of this blog post I will go through a series of NLP techniques and provide links to resources where you can try out these techniques for yourself. I include links to other people’s websites in order to make this blog post as useful as possible, please note however I do not endorse nor recommend nor use any of the scripts to which I link, they are simply provided for your assistance.

NLP Techniques

Parts Integration techniques.

This technique is useful as many people exhibit parts in their lives. This typically comes to the fore when people say part of me wants to do this, and part of me wants to do that. Very often these parts of their personality or in conflict with one another, and so it makes achieving the person’s goal all but impossible.

Parts can also be around beliefs, part of me believes this, in part of me believes that. They can also be present at a values level, a person may have two values which are extremely important in their life, yet these values may conflict. An example of this could be if a person values freedom and security, for some people it may seem impossible to have both of these values.

Parts integration uses a light hypnotic trance to allow the client to find the highest positive intention of each of their parts. What will always happen is that the highest positive intervention will always be the same, and hypnotic script can then be used to bring these two parts together.

Here are a few links to various parts integration scripts.

Troy Bakes

transformation.net

Like to dislike.

This is an extremely useful technique in NLP and comes under the banner of sub modalities. They like to dislike is useful if a person wishes to give up a particular foodstuff, the example chocolate or crisps. It can also be used within more advanced therapies such as smoking… Wouldn’t it be good to find a cigarette abhorent and to dislike it?

The technique works by understanding how the client creates their representation in their mind off the thing they wish to dislike. We then need to understand how they create the representation of something that they currently dislike. What you will find is that the representation in their mind off things they like and dislike are normally:

In a different location.

A different sized picture.

The picture could be framed panoramic.

The picture could be close or far.

They could see themselves in the picture, or they may be looking through their own eyes.

The picture may have sound.

The two representations with the pictures of things they like and dislike will almost certainly be different, it is then simply a process of mapping across the sub modalities (in other words the things listed in the bullet points above) onto the thing they currently like and wish to dislike.

Transformdestiny.com offer a sudden modality worksheet which you can use. Simply illicit the sub modalities of the like into column 1. Then illicit the sub modalities of any dislike (ensuring it is a very strong dislike, or example dog poo) into column 2.

Look at all of the differences, for example let’s say the light in column 1 is black and white and the dislike in column 2 is colour. You would then ask the client to bring up the picture of what they liked, and say to them ‘make it colour’ then repeat for each of the sub modalities, in other words making the sub modalities of the like picture the same as the dislike picture.

This will change how they construct the like in their mind and turn it into a dislike, this is a very powerful NLP technique and I’ve seen it work on many occasions from chocolate, to crisps to alcohol.

Chaining anchors.

Anchoring is a technique whereby we link a physical touch on a person (typically a knuckle) to them when they are in a heightened state. For example we could anchor the state of motivation. Anchoring is an NLP technique that is used outside of NLP also, most famously with Pavlov’s dogs who salivate at the sound of a ringing bell.

Training anchors is an NLP technique whereby we can move a client from an on resource full state towards a resource full state. A typical example is moving a client from procrastination to motivation.

The NLP technique simply involves getting the client to list for different states which move logically from the negative to positive. So for example state number one could be procrastination, the client may then identified boredom as a state which would move them out of procrastination, we would then ask which state would move them out of boredom… Perhaps excitement, we can then move from excitement to motivation.

Once the client identifies a logical progression through a series of linked states we can then start to anchor them. We simply start with the negative state, ask the client to close their eyes and think about the first state of procrastination, to float down into their body, look through their own eyes, see what they saw, hear what they heard and really feel that state of procrastination. When the state is at its highest we can trigger the anchor on the first knuckle.

The NLP technique is then to anchor subsequent states on the next knuckle, so in this example we would ask the client to vividly relive the state of boredom, we would anchor this to the next knuckle but ensure that we did it 2 to 3 times so that it was a stronger anchor than the one the procrastination. The NLP technique is to then repeat this for the subsequent states right through to motivation, each time ensuring that the states are anchored more times than the last to make them stronger.

The final step in the technique is simply to fire off the anchors starting on procrastination and moving along through all the techniques towards motivation.

personal development planet.com have a good run through of the technique.

Summary

This has been a simple summary of three of the most basic NLP techniques, why not read through this a few times, give the techniques a go and let me know what you think.
The post Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Techniques first appeared on .

There was a recent report by the government department responsible for statistics which highlighted that many people in the UK at the moment do not feel happy.

They went on to look at the ways in which people found it easiest to find happiness in their lives, looking at money relationships and suchlike. The report was a detailed analysis of both what made people happy and ways in which people felt anxious. Indeed one of the questions asked was do you feel more less anxious today than you did yesterday.

I’m not entirely sure what the purpose of the report was, why would a government want to highlight how unhappy people are?

The real issue for me is that this statistical analysis did not seek to find out, nor help people to be happier. All it did was highlight the reasons people are unhappy-and that’s a wholly different thing.

You see, happiness is a state, much like motivation, excitement or being relaxed.

So, why is this important?

This is hugely important as states can be accessed at any time, and are not dependent upon external influences if one so chooses.

Neuro linguistic programming or NLP is a way that we can control our state to access motivation, excitement, relaxation or indeed happiness. Try this:

Think about a time, a specific time when you felt truly motivated in the context of your business. As you think about that specific time float down into your body looking through your own eyes and see what you saw, hear what you heard, and feel those emotions of feeling truly and utterly and totally motivated. Did you do that exactly as I said? Okay, let’s do it again.

Think about a specific time when you felt truly motivated in the context of your business. As you think about that specific time float down into your body looking through your own eyes and see what you saw, hear what you heard, and feel those emotions of feeling truly and utterly and totally motivated.

Now notice your increased heart rate and breathing! Perhaps you even feel motivated or exhilarated? You see with the right NLP motivation techniques it is possible to access any state at will. And this includes happiness.

Nothing your business in Rickmansworth or Watford makes you unhappy or demotivated or sad. All that happens is an external event is taken in through your senses, the NLP communication model then explains that this external event is converted into your own internal representation, based upon past experience memories and suchlike. This then affects your physiology and state. A behaviour in response to that external event then happens, in other words you feel sad, motivated or unhappy.

The thing to remember, is that you can control this process. You can decide how to represent that external events internally in your own mind. And if you so choose, using the power of NLP for your mind and business you can decide that you are happy now.

Only when we take full responsibility for everything that happens in our life, can we make changes. And that taking responsibility starts with how you respond to external events.

So, how are you going to choose to make a happy internal representation next time something happens? Can you choose now to be happy knowing that happiness is a state that can be accessed at any time.

Mind and body are part of the same system; what affects one affects the other. How we choose to think and represent our reality inside our heads has a profound effect on our state of mind and on the biology of our bodies. In essence, we become what we think about.

Imagine you are standing in your kitchen and in front of you is a wooden chopping board. In the centre of the board is a beautiful, big, ripe, yellow lemon… Imagine picking the lemon up – give it a slight squeeze and notice the ripeness and the feel of the waxy skin; bring it up to your nose and smell that wonderful, fresh lemony smell… Now to the side of the board is a small fruit knife. Put the lemon back down on the board, pick up the knife and cut the lemon in two… You can hear the sound of the knife on the chopping board, and some of the lemon juice gets on your hand; notice how it feels slippery… Now – bring half the lemon up to your mouth and squeeze four or five drops of lemon juice into your mouth… and as the juice rolls round under your tongue, it is the most sour tasting lemon you have ever tasted!

Now – what just happened? It is quite likely that, if you were imagining that at the same time as reading it, then your mouth would start to water at the thought of the sour lemon juice. In hypnosis, one of the major tenets – why hypnosis works – is that what the mind believes, the body will follow. Your mind believed there was lemon juice in your mouth and your body acted accordingly. In fact, your mind did not tell the difference between a real or an imagined event.

This is the basis of the Placebo Effect – when we truly believe that a drug will work, then it will – regardless of whether or not it is real. In the case of pain, research has shown that placebos can work as well as morphine in 51-71% of the patients.1 A further study has shown that the major factor influencing the results of the placebo effect is the response expectancy – the belief about what a drug will do.2 It is also the basis of Psychoneuroimmunology; an emerging field which explores how our mind – our psychological condition – and our nervous system affects our immune system. As Deepak Chopra states, “Every cell is eavesdropping on your internal dialogue.” So, in other words, when we change what we think, our body follows; our bodies are a reflection of our thinking.

Consider for a moment how mental stress affects the body; how frequently do you end up feeling extremely stressed through imagining “What If?” scenarios which, in reality, will never happen? When we worry or feel fear or anxiety, we cause our bodies to release stress hormones – the “fight or flight” response which was the survival mechanism of our ancestors. There is an awesome post about the way to increase energy levels. Most of the stress that we experience in today’s world, however, is not a threat to our survival, but caused by a multitude of worries about our jobs, personal lives and so on, and as our mind affect our body, also happens the other way around, so the way our body feel and look could affect our mind and our emotional estate, and that’s why people decide to change their body to look better using exercise or surgeries, if this is your case and you’re looking for plastic surgery in boston there are great professionals that can help with this.

Physiologically, these day to day or chronic stressors have a greater negative impact on our health than do more acute, traumatic stressors that generally have a start and an end point (such as divorce or moving house). When the body’s energy is being used to respond frequently to these stressors, it can compromise the immune system’s ability to function properly. Research has demonstrated that almost every major illness that people acquire can be linked to chronic stress, so living a more healthy life could be really improve this, with exercise and a good diet, including supplements from the BestKratomCapsules.Com Powders that really help with this.

Stress, however, is caused by a perceived lack of resources – events in themselves are not stressful; it is the way process the experience of the event inside our heads that makes us able to cope or not. Our stress threshold can be raised significantly through regular use of techniques such as self-hypnosis; giving ourselves positive hypnotic suggestions for calmness in any situation means that we can take that on board as a belief – and as we already know, what the mind believes, the body will follow.

Of course, sometimes we may have negative or limiting beliefs about the way our world works, or how we will behave in certain circumstances, and this can have a profoundly negative effect on our coping mechanisms so we find difficulties to keep our mind calm, so the use of CBD oils could be helpful with this, with the use of this content online. The good news is that any belief that we have “programmed” into our minds can certainly be “de-programmed” if it no longer serves us, using techniques such as NLP, Time Line Therapy or Memory Resolution.

So, start by paying attention to your thoughts – what are you telling yourself about your world? Remember that you have approximately fifty trillion cells in your body and that every one of those cells is being bathed constantly in the thoughts which you choose to offer it. Your thoughts are your own creation; and to quote cell research biologist Dr Bruce Lipton, “Our beliefs control our bodies, our minds, and thus our lives.” And if you don’t think you are in control of your thoughts, then who is?

Since when was a problem with weight actually about the weight?

There really is a simple way to loose weight, and that is output must be more than input. It’s that simple – so what’s the problem?

If you could get to the root cause of that problem would that be a good thing to do? If you could be totally motivated to be the size you want would that be helpful to you?

Great, then you are in the right place to start.

Weight, confidence, career problems, business failures, relationship issues are normally down to 3 key areas that need attention in your life:

Limiting Decisions

Negative Emotions

Conflicting Parts

Let’s look at each in the context of weight loss or weight gain.

Limiting Decisions

The important thing to know is that we make decisions in our life which we then hold to be true. Things like:

I’m not worth it

I’m not good enough

I’m a failure

Any of these limiting decisions ring true with you now? Honestly? You see many of us hold these things to be true about ourselves… but here’s the question.. when did you decide that you weren’t good enough/worth it/etc?

And before that what were you deciding?

Negative Emotions That Affect Weight

Anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt can all have an effect on weight… letting go of these emotions is a very powerful way to tackle the root cause of your weight issues – and if the root cause is tackled then we all know that any resulting problems will also disappear.

Conflicting Parts, What effect do they have on weight?

Part of you wants to relax and chillax, part of you wants to be fit… conflicts there I think.

Part of you wants believes you deserve to be confident, part of you thinks that you deserve to be punished… conflicts there I think.

Part of you values freedom, part of you values security… possible conflicts there too I think.

You see, we all have parts of us that want different things, but there’s a totally cool way of uniting those parts again with a Parts Integration. This involves looking at each part and asking what is the highest positive intention… kind of a negotiation between the parts… once we’ve reached consensus on what those parts are there for we can integrate them so that they work together again in harmony.

How do we get all this resolved without mega pain?

This is where Time Line Therapy comes in – and you are dealing with me, a Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy. It allows you to deal with those issues from a distance, all the while being able to control the distance you are from the emotion. To find out what it’s like to have Time Line Therapy, take the test flight here.

So how do you get started on this amazing and life transformational program? Simple, it all starts with one phone call to me – I’ll gently walk you through what happens, then you can decide if it is right for you – no pressure, no stress – simplz!

What’s the connection between these 3 things?

This is often a difficult thing for people to grasp and leads to the question “How can NLP, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy help with so many things?” – this truly is a great question as it seems that many people make wild claims that NLP etc are the panacea to all ills.

Well, I’m not going to make any such claims here, but what I am going to do is explain how NLP, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy can be so applicable in so many ways and applications and also so very, VERY effective.

Let me introduce my Hierarchy of Problems

The hierarchy of problems

Take a look at the list of presenting problems at the bottom… yep weight is in there next to all the others (of course this is an example), this is common in many people’s lives – people will have a whole range of presenting problems that are seemingly not linked . These are often started by the next level up ‘Limiting Decisions’.

Limiting decisions are decisions that you have made sometime in your life to have a limiting belief about yourself. Now this is key, so pay attention. You Made That Decision.

You were not born believing you were a failure, or not worth it, or not deserving… so at some point in your life your unconscious took that decision and you opted to do the relevant behaviour. Accepting this can be tough, I know I’ve been through it, but taking responsibility for the decisions you’ve made is important in the process of letting them go.

Letting go of your limiting decisions

These limiting decisions can result in a variety of problems, so taking them out it a great way to fix lots of problems in life as everything underneath falls apart once the decision is removed, however…

Above those limiting decisions are often deep rooted Negative Emotions, so as you can see, if these are taken away a whole load of problems are likely to disappear.

It makes sense to accept that the best way to solve the most problems is to go back to the root cause and deal with that.. then BOOM everything else negative goes too!

I’ve seen it and experienced it, a client comes in feeling like a failure at work – this is dealt with and they loose weight and start exercising…. now you know why!

The links are now clear

This is of course an example, but you can see the power of removing those limiting decisions and negative emotions to destroy a whole load of presenting problems – this is the power of a Master NLP Coach that is also a Master of Time Line Therapy, we are able to work at this deep level and get to the bottom of so many problems in life, business and weight loss… you see, they are all connected!

Removing Negative Emotions with Time Therapy with Mark

I’ve just seen this on Facebook on one of those motivational images:

“The Struggle’s Make You Stronger…”

This implies that you need struggles to make you strong and that when you have struggles they are good because they make you stronger. This is a flawed argument to me and one runs the risk of installing a limiting belief if one adopts this as true.

The risk is that the limiting belief of ‘I need to have struggles to make me strong‘ is then installed at the unconscious level – if this happens your unconscious mind will look for struggles for you as you believe it will make you stronger, then guess what happens… all you get is struggling!

Struggles can make you stronger, but be mindful to think now of the positive aspects of your life.

The good times make you even stronger.

The happy days are the best days

This is a positive reframe of that same message.

So, be careful of what limiting beliefs you install in yourself unknowingly, your unconscious mind is VERY powerful and will ensure you get what you focus on… so do you really want to focus on struggles?
The post The Struggles Will Make You Stronger – Will They? first appeared on .

Visualising is a great way to work with your mind. Most people have pictures in their mind’s eye of things, and using these pictures is a great way to help you focus on your goal. So here’s a wee trick.

The best way to do this is to get someone to read this out to you, ask them to read it exactly as I have written it here as the words are deliberately in a specific order.

So, When you think of your life goal, do you have a picture?

If it were closer would it make it more compelling? If so move it close to make it more compelling.

If it were brighter would it make it more compelling? If so make really bright to make it more compelling.

If it were panoramic would it make it more compelling? If so make it panoramic to make it more compelling.

If it were focused would it make it more compelling? If so make it really focused to make it more compelling.

If it were a movie would it make it more compelling? If so make it a movie to make it more compelling.

If it had sound would it make it more compelling? If so give it sound to make it more compelling.

If it had a feeling would it make it more compelling? If so give it the feeling to make it more compelling.

Now, make sure you see yourself in the picture. NOT looking through your own eyes, but actually seeing yourself in the picture like you are someone else (we call this dissociated).

Now tuck the picture under your arm, imagine the time in the future when it will happen, then drop the picture in to that place in your future.

The key to this is to visualise your goal dissociated, to your unconscious mind this will seem like it’s not happened yet and that it is something to aim for. If you make it associated (looking through your own eyes) then your unconscious mind could view it as already being actualised… not very compelling at all really!

So, get someone to read this to you and notice the picture and the difference between and associated picture (seen through your own eyes) and a dissociated one (seeing yourself in the picture).
The post Are you seeing pictures too? first appeared on .

Realise that Success is a state of mind and states can be accesses at will. So you are already a success if you want to be!

Are you running away from failure or towards success? Decide today to move towards what you want rather than away from what you don’t want.

Be passionate. It’s amazing what you can achieve if you are totally passionate about your subject, people will follow that passion and so will success.

Believe in your self. Are you a person that needs external approval in order to know you’ve done the job right? Make a decision today to approve yourself with seeking it from others.

Burn your bridges. Then there’s no going back and only one way forwards, and that is to success.

Scrap Plan B. There is only plan A and Plan A will work – put all your energy in to making Plan A a success, rather than wasting energy on ‘what if I fail’ plan Bs!

Remain Flexible. The most flexible element in any system will dominate that system. While other companies put in place policies and protocols, ensure yours are flexible so when you need to change tactics (like in a recession) you can do it instantly.

Set a definite chief aim for your business. In it define what you want to Be, Do and Have (in that order) then place this in your time line in the future and understand the changes you need to make today to make this happen.

Put together a team of experts around you. This could be work colleagues or your personal executive board of specialist advisors. DO NOT use friends for friends sake, use people that can do the role well. Look for advisory board members for finance, marketing, branding, coaching, operations and creativity – pick people that will push you and meet once every 4-6 months.

Enjoy the NOW. Right now, that’s all that matters.

Do you know people who never seem to quite reach the success they want?

Perhaps you know of others that make money, then lose money, then make more then lose it all again? click here to see the best way of making money online.

Or what about people that don’t have great business because they fear the failure so much?

The problem in life and business is that we get what we focus on. Our unconscious minds find it supremely difficult to process negatives… don’t think of purple trees… see what I mean!

The result of this, and indeed the practical application is that people often think they are focusing on success, or wealth or good relationships… but in fact they are actually focusing on not being poor, or not being a failure or not being in a bad relationship.

If the focus is on what you do NOT want to be then that is where the motivation is, right at that end of the spectrum, then as you walk through life backwards towards the goal, all the while focusing on what you don’t want and moving away from it, there comes a point where you are so far away from the motivation that you bounce right back again to poverty, or failure… right back to the motivation so you can be motivated NOT to be poor all over again… starting to see a pattern in your life now huh?

So do you feel like you are walking through life backwards, focusing on moving away from what you don’t want as fast as possible?

Often this is down to a limiting decision, perhaps you decided at some point that failure was not for you, or perhaps you decided that everything in life was unfair and doomed to failure. These are rarely conscious decisions, but they are decisions none the less, that are often made very early in life – typically under 7 years old so getting to the root cause of the problem is the only way that it will be sorted and resolved.

In NLP we would use 3 basic tools to get to the issue:

Understanding which areas in your life you are moving away from – this is done using a ‘Values Analysis’

Getting to the Root Cause of the problem – this is done using a technique called ‘Root Cause’

Resolving either the emotion or limiting decision with Time Line Therapy

So it’s better today when you stop, and think, then ask yourself what you are focusing on and decide now to focus on what you do want, we all know it works as we go forwards in life… don’t we?
