Hypnosis is used in all of my coaching and therapy sessions as a way to help clients relax and take deep learning from everything we do. Generally speaking I find that hypnosis works best when it is combined with either NLP or Timeline Therapy™ as these techniques are better able to get to the root cause of a problem and then result it.
Hypnosis is then used to finally cement in the changes and help you relax.
Hypnosis sessions are usually 1 to 2 hours in length with each session customised and personalised for you as an individual.
Many hypnotherapists use standard scripts which they read from, my technique is to listen to you as a client and find out what you like and what helps you relax. I can then take this and embed it within your own personal hypnotherapy session.
Each person also will prefer a different hypnotic style, some people prefer the directive style with very specific and some prefer a more ambiguous and vague style. There is no right or wrong answer, it’s down to the hypnosis practitioner to understand which you would prefer then you can relax now knowing that I will take the time to find out what is best for you.
This makes hypnosis easier and even more relaxing as the whole experience is tailored exquisitely you.
